You can now log into the Warframe Companion App using your Apple ID on both the iOS and Android versions of the app.

If your account is set up with Cross Platform Save, PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch players can login to the Companion App using Apple ID. If you are an iOS only player, you can now access the Warframe Companion App on iOS and Android!

1. could you send us error logs shortly after this encounter? Here is how to retrieve error logs. You can send them directly to [email protected] 

 2. could you try to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that fixes the issue?

EDIT: additionally / alternatively, could you send screenshots of your settings and your custom UI layout? We have tried to reproduce your issue with no luck so far, and suspect it may be related to custom settings. Cheers!

The Lotus Eaters: Hotfix #6.1 

Hey Tenno, got a small hotfix with a big impact. We noticed a rampant amount of error reports from Mirage’s Total Eclipse Augment and we wanted to nab it before it got any worse. Thank you!

Fix:

• Fixed script errors caused by Mirage’s Total Eclipse Augment Mod that could result in Transference issues and/or “Ability In Use” errors.

Apologies Tenno! Give it a couple minutes. If you are still unable to access the game after 15 minutes, please reply to let me know! 

There is a short window of time with every update on iOS where the update is ready on our end but the App Store must still be updated. It is region dependent, but should be clear in all regions soon.  

New Player Experience Improvements: 

• Removed enemy spawns at the top of the ramp before the Aim Glide section in the Awakening Quest to allow new players to focus on the tutorial message instead of fighting them off. 
• Saya’s Vigil Quest Changes & Fixes: 
  • The pop-up that occurs during Saya’s Vigil Quest instructing players to equip Codex Scanners to their Gear Wheel will now linger on screen until they’ve been equipped. 
    • We want to ensure players don’t miss out on important tutorial instructions that are key to progressing in the Quest. 
  • Fixed being able to matchmake into public Plains of Eidolon squads while the Saya’s Vigil Quest is active - causing issues with Quest progression.  
    • Now players actively in Saya’s Vigil Quest will only load into Solo instances of the Plains of Eidolon to prevent issues from occurring....

Hi Tenno, could it be that your gun is currently in hand when you are trying to lock on? Be sure to be in sword mode when you press the contextual action button to lock on.

iOS Specific Fixes

• Increased the size and location of the “Use Cipher” button on the Grineer hacking puzzles for the benefit of touch control users.
  • Previously the button was on the bottom right of the screen, beneath the hacking puzzle. Now, the button is larger and appears in the center of the screen.

Vor’s Prize Quest Changes:
We’ve made the following changes to the Spy missions in the Vor’s Prize Quest to help alleviate some of the progress pain points that new players hit. 

• Added objective markers to the Vault consoles that unlock the doors, once opened, the objective marker will properly update to the next console needing to be hacked to access the Vault.

Hi there! Could you clarify which apple device you are playing on, and what iOS if possible? This will help us learn more about your situation. 

To confirm: you are saying you currently have selected the highest framerate and the highest graphical settings, but it looks like 30 FPS with low graphic settings? And that previously 60FPS worked for you?

Hi Tenno, we are not hearing about other users being unable to progress the quest at this scene. Nor were our QA testers able to reproduce the issue you're describing. Are you still experiencing this? If so, please share any more information such as your touch control settings. You could upload a screenshot here or email one to [email protected] -- whatever is easier. 

You could also send along a short clip of you being unable to "Answer The Call" if you think that will help. Thanks!
